Our maintenance services focus on optimizing the entire system so your lawn continues receiving consistent watering and your system stays in top shape! Contact us today to learn more and sign up!
Even when a sprinkler system is technically functioning, it may not be watering your lawn as effectively as it should. Coverage problems are common when sprinkler heads shift out of position or when spray arcs are not properly aligned. These issues can lead to dry patches in the lawn while other areas receive too much water.
During maintenance visits, our technicians review how water is distributed across the property and make adjustments to improve coverage. This process involves fine-tuning spray angles, correcting head rotation, and ensuring each irrigation zone overlaps properly with the next.

Most irrigation systems divide a property into several watering zones. Each zone is designed to irrigate a specific section of the landscape, such as the front lawn, backyard, or garden beds. If these zones are not functioning evenly, some parts of the property may receive significantly more water than others.
During sprinkler maintenance visits, technicians observe how each zone performs during operation. This process helps identify areas where adjustments are needed to balance watering across the entire system.
Maintaining consistent performance between zones helps ensure that:
Like any outdoor mechanical system, sprinklers last longer when they receive routine care. Dirt buildup, worn seals, and shifting soil conditions can gradually affect irrigation equipment if they are not addressed.
Professional maintenance helps reduce strain on system components and ensures everything continues operating smoothly. This can significantly extend the lifespan of pipes, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers.
Our maintenance service also helps prevent many of the problems that lead to emergency sprinkler repairs, making maintenance one of the most cost-effective ways to protect your irrigation investment.
A seasonal tune-up typically covers a full system check, including zone testing, sprinkler head adjustments, leak detection, controller programming, and ensuring proper coverage across your lawn.
Yes. Many irrigation issues, like small leaks or inefficient spray patterns, aren’t obvious right away but can waste water and drive up costs over time.
Before the growing season begins, some time in early to mid-spring, is the best time to ensure that all your sprinkler parts are in working order. But, of course, any time of year is a good time to get your system checked.
Routine maintenance can significantly cut water waste by fixing leaks and optimizing spray coverage, often reducing overall irrigation usage without sacrificing lawn health.
Frequent issues include clogged or broken heads, misaligned spray patterns, underground leaks, faulty valves, and outdated controller settings.
Absolutely. Regular inspections and adjustments reduce wear and tear on components, helping your system last longer and delaying costly replacements.

If your irrigation system hasn’t been serviced recently, routine maintenance can help keep it operating efficiently. Our technicians focus on keeping your sprinkler system running smoothly so your lawn receives the consistent watering it needs.
