By not confirming, we will presume that time is not good for you and may remove you from the schedule. Our office will make every effort to contact you regarding the scheduling of your appointment but it is your responsibility to schedule them. There will be no refunds or credits for unused services. Please note that our service is continuous. Your membership will renew annually unless you notify us in writing, by email, or phone of your desire to discontinue.
